At Netherton Infant school we aim to provide children with the essential skills required to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. We believe that if they have this knowledge from an early age it will have a greater impact and more likely for them to continue a healthy lifestyle when they leave our school.
The children have access to a wide range of physical activities. These include yoga, cricket, wheelchair basketball, multi-skills and team games with SportsTrek coaching.

Sports Premium
The Government is providing each primary school in the country £16000 plus £10 per eligible pupil per annum. The money is ring fenced and available for the Headteacher to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all their children.
