British Values
At Netherton Infants we believe strongly that children should have a good understanding of British Values. This incudes the children to have a respect and tolerance for others who have different beliefs and faiths and for them to have an understanding and acceptance of our multicultural society. The children will be encouraged to be tolerant of each other and understand the value that rules have to keep us and others safe. This will be taught in circle time activities and through teaching and learning of faiths and beliefs from around the world.

We have looked at Diwali this half term the HIndu festival of light. The children loved designing their own henna tattoo patterns, Rangoli patterns and making their own Diwali lights out of clay.
