Welcome to NetherTots!

We provide funded places to children the term after they turn 2. This entitles children to 15 free hours per week.

If children are not eligible for the 15 free hours then individual sessions can be booked at a cost of £10 per session.

The sessions take place in the afternoon between 12 noon and 3pm

This term we are looking at the story of the 3 little pigs. We will concentrate on the language in the story and use it to develop speech and language within the setting.

Welcome back to all our little people! We hope you had a fun week off. This half term we will be looking at Spring and new life. We will be spotting the colours of Spring and listening out for the noises baby animals make.

This half term in NetherTots our topic is Winter. We will be exploring the colours and textures associated with Winter. Some of the fun activities we have planned include ice painting, using shaving foam snow to make marks using our funky fingers and painting the snowballs using cotton wool.

We have been painting footprints to make Christmas surprises

This week we have been using our funky fingers lots! We have made shapes in the sand, patterns with the large pegs and coloured some lovely pictures.

We had fun last week making firework pictures. We used toothbrushes and paint and chalk to make our pictures.

In NetherTots today we have been drawing using vehicles on big pieces of card.

Today's fun in NetherTots..... painting hands to make hedgehogs.

We had great fun today on our signs of Autumn hunt. We found conkers, acorns and lots of Autumn leaves. The children loved the conkers and choosing the correct coloured leaves.
